Choco Chip Eggless Cookie Dough

This is an eggless cookie dough you can eat with or without baking. You can even get your kids to help you make it with you. Prep time: 10 minutes | Total time: 1 hour 10 minutes

What you’ll need:

·         2 cups of all purpose flour

·         ½ cup of white sugar

·         1/3 cup of brown sugar

·         ½ cup whole milk

·         1/3 cup of melted butter

·         A pinch of salt

·         Tsp of vanilla extract

·         2/3 cup of chocolate chips (if you want)

What To Do Now:

Mix the flour, both sugars, and salt in a large bowl. Add the butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir with a spoon until the dough is formed. Throw in chocolate chips if you prefer.

Turn out the dough on a piece of plasic wrap and roll it into a log shape, wrap with plastic wrap tightly. Freeze for about 1 hour until it’s firm. When you serve, cut with a wet knife because it will be sticky.

Frozen Choco Chip Balls with Eggless Cookie Dough Filling

What you’ll need:

·         1 cup of softened butter

·         1 ½ cup of brown sugar

·         2 tsp of vanilla extract

·         1 tbsp of water

·         ¾ cup small mildly sweet chocolate chips

·         2 cups of all purpose flour

·         ¾ cup of wallnuts (optional)

Mix the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until creamy. Mix in the vanilla, water, flour, choco chips, and walnuts (optional). Mix well. Roll the dough into small balls. Place on baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours until firm. Store them in Ziploc freezer bags in the freezer. Dip into milk chocolate and freeze again if you want to make them like truffles.

Eggless Cookie Dough for Ice Cream

What you’ll need:

·         2 ½ tbsp of brown sugar

·         3 tbsp of white sugar

·         2 tbsp of softened butter

·         1/8 tsp of vanilla extract

·         2 tbsp of water

Get a medium bowl and mix the sugars, and butter until creamy smooth. Stir in the water and vanilla extract. Mix the flower in and blend well. Shape it into a log shape and freeze for 1 to 2 hours until firm.

Cut the dough into pieces (size up to you) and mix into soft ice cream. Freeze the ice cream with added cookie dough for 15 minutes or until firm again.

What you’ll need:

·         1 ¼ cups of all purpose flour

·         ¾ cup of light brown sugar

·         1 tsp of vanilla extract

·         ½ cup of room temperature butter (softened)

·         ½ tsp of salt

·         ¼ cup of heavy whipping cream

·         ½ cup small choco chips or m&m’s

What to do:

Mix the brown sugar and butter in a bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy smooth. Then mix in the flour, vanilla, and salt into the cream until totally blended. Mix slowly until you get the consistency you want. Mix in the chocolate chips or m&m’s.
